Final program applications are due April 30, 2027. Applications are reviewed as they come in, and you could have a decision in just a few weeks, so don't wait!

For non-U.S. citizens, proof of a valid U.S. visa must be received by April 30, 2027.
5/7/2027
Final payments are due May 7, 2027.
Application Timeline
Program Application & Program Preparedness Interview Request
Immediately after applying, potential participants will receive an email verifying the receipt of their application and a link to request a meeting time for the program preparedness check.
Notification of Decision
Within two weeks after attending and completing the program preparedness interview, the applicant will be notified if they have been accepted with an email that will contain next steps to confirm your spot, make the deposit, and (if applicable) information about obtaining a U.S. visitor's visa.
Communication
Between paying the deposit and program arrival day, program staff will send important updates, answer questions, and provide support for travelers. We are committed to providing assistance to our participants from pre-arrival to post-departure!
